This notice explains what happens when you agree that VELA may show your photos to clients.
What showing your photos means
Clients book promo staff partly on how they present at an event. If you agree, VELA shows the photos on your profile to clients so they can choose who to book. Without this consent your photos are seen only by VELA admins.
Who can see them
- VELA admins.
- Approved VELA clients who are signed in. In a later release the photos will be watermarked.
Your photos are never public. They are not on a public web page and cannot be found by search engines.
What VELA cannot stop
VELA cannot stop someone taking a screenshot of what they can see. We only show your photos to signed-in, approved clients, and we keep a record of who can see them, but once a photo is on someone's screen they could copy it.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw this consent at any time in Privacy and consent. Your profile is then hidden from clients straight away. You cannot submit a profile for approval without this consent, because clients need to see who they are booking.
