This notice explains what happens when you allow VELA to show your creator profile to clients.
What showing your profile means
VELA shows a profile card built from your profile: your name or handle, your photo, your niches and formats, your platforms with the figures VELA has verified, and your portfolio. Brands use the card to decide whether to send you a proposal through VELA.
Who can see it
Only verified VELA clients who are signed in can see your card, and only after VELA approves your profile. Your card is never public. Clients never see your contact details, your screenshots or your date of birth.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw profile display at any time in your account. Withdrawing hides your profile from clients straight away. Proposals you have already accepted are not affected.
